This class is intended to teach practical self-defense skills and build self-confidence. During each meeting, students will practice executing self-defense techniques. It is important students attend every meeting since the course is progressive, and each lesson builds upon the previous meeting.
Learn the sport of Tennis here at UC Davis. This class is designed for beginner- to intermediate-level individuals. If you do not have a racket, one can be provided for you. The lessons will focus on the basics of tennis which include ground strokes, volleys, and serves.
